Ryan Seacrest moved from Los Angeles to New York in order to host “live” with Kelly Ripa, and it has taken some adjusting. He also hosts “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” and a radio show that is nationally-syndicated not to mention American Idol. He also has his own skincare and fashion line.
His days begin at 6 in the morning, and he has just enough time to shower and shave then he is off but not before checking the weather and grabbing a matcha tea and coffee. He balances his schedule and works with a trainer on the go. He does boxing with a coach, and he gets on the Peloton before work. He loves to run so he runs in the park as much as he can spare time for since he dislikes the treadmill. Seacrest catches up on the news from the previous night and watches come TV in the morning, and he reads in the car on the way to work which takes less than 10 minutes. His diet is mostly vegan, and he enjoys the finer things in life like good food and wine.
According to ABC, he is also very compassionate and is aware of those who are less fortunate, and that is why he founded the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. He gets distracted easily so he has found that it is sometimes best to keep his phone away from him so that he can concentrate on the tasks he needs to get done. He uses his afternoons to answer phone calls or to fulfill other important requests. His self-discipline has helped Seacrest to keep things manageable and not to let himself get overwhelmed by all the tasks that he has to complete or by how busy his day is. He has found a good balance that works for him. He has found what people expect of him, and he has found what works. Being organized and good at time management did not always come easily for Seacrest (@ryanseacrest), and he has actually had to train himself to make the most and best use of his time every single day.
