JMH Development’s Aloft South Beach in Miami Preferred Due to Its Spacious Rooms

When JMH Development Principal Jason Halpern announced the topping out of his latest development project, Aloft South Beach, competitors shook in their boots. The announcement that came in the last quarter of 2014 promised completion of the luxurious hotel in early 2015, which meant competing hotels in the region would suffer amidst the strong competition posed by Aloft South Beach.

Fast forward to 2016, Aloft South Beach, located in the middle of Miami Beach features 235 rooms. With the aim of obliterating the competition and cornering the market, Jason Halpern strategically instructed the contractors to construct a hotel with much bigger rooms than what the competition offered.jason-halpern-shirt

The hotel is located in a prime waterfront location having been wrapped around Collins Canal and Lake Pancoast. Aloft South Beach is also located just one block away from the sandy shores of Miami Beach. The guests of the hotel are afforded easy access to both locations. On the town front, the hotel is near social centers like art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, nightclubs, among others.


Besides its strategic geographic location, guests of Aloft South Beach hotel enjoy outdoor swimming, 24-hour fitness centers, conference rooms, rooftop lounge, etc. Additionally, the hotel will host exclusive shows from local emerging artists and bands which guests will have free access.

Mr. David Osio is an expert in the field of financial services. He studied International Banking Law after completing an Advanced Management Program at a prestigious university in Venezuela. Mr. Osio began has achieved much in his career, beginning in 1981 when he was responsible for exporting coffee as President and CEO of the company OPED Enterprise. This application will enable the potential investor to estimate the return on a real estate investment that the client is interested in within the United States. The development of this application has enabled the Davos company to begin to focus their efforts internationally. Right now, they are working with real estate agents from Spain. The company currently has office locations in cities such as Venezuela, Geneva, and in the U.S., New York City and Miami. They are always seeking new areas to grow the business.

The CAP calculator will estimate the price of property that best suits the client’s income. There will be a mortgage calculator that will allow clients the ability to estimate their mortgage payments, which helps clients determine which particular property they can afford, and how much profit can be made throughout different time periods. Entrepreneurs are very valuable. However, aspiring entrepreneurs need help starting out. It is very hard to get a business off the ground if one does not know how to market. For one thing, marketing requires more than just text. However, the best types of marketing involve people that are on a list that could be emailed. Email marketing used to have tons of limits. The New Standard of Leadership-Sam Tabar

Sam Tabar is no stranger to the legal and business world. He has spent much of his career advising several international companies on the business of hedge funds and strategic planning. After graduating from Oxford with honors-he pursued and attained his Masters from Columbia Law school. This educational background prepared him to begin his career as an up and coming associate of law.

Mr. Tabar began this career at the prestigious law firm of Skadden,Arps,and Flom, LLO. He counseled clients regarding hedge fund formation and structure. He also supervised investment management agreements and private placement memorandums. In 2004, Mr. Taber joined the Sparx/PMA group as an investment advisor. His talent and hard work enabled him to be promoted to Managing Director and Co-head of Business Development. Here he catered to large family offices as well as high net worth clients. Mr. Taber developed over 400 new investors to Sparx as well as increasing their hedge fund accounts by $2 billion during his tenure there.

In 2011, LinkedIn shows Sam Tabar became the Director of Capital Strategy for Bank of America. With offices in Tokoyo, Hong Kong, London and New York, Mr. Tabar has international experience in dealing with hedge fund counsel and significant introductions of institutional investors. He built a client list of 1200 new investors. He has a strong background in counsel of note to Hong Kong and Tokoyo-which gives him an edge as an attorney and strategist with a world view. In 2013, Mr. Taber once again pursued the law side of his career as he became a Senior Associate at Schulte,Roth and Zabel LLP (New York).

One of Mr. Tabar’s latest accomplishments is being named COO of the Full-Cycle Energy Fund in December 2015. His goals for this appointment include being a leader in the movement of moving away from current high dollar polluting fuel options to lower priced and environmentally safe fuels. Mr. Tabar is a leader in other aspects of business. He was one of the first investors in THINX, which promotes women in Asian and African countries.  This also inspired Sam to create a GoFundMe to personally continue those ideals into helping children in Africa.

The Value of Giving As Told By Dick DeVos

Dick DeVos and his family is known and valued greatly, especially in their community of Grand Rapids, Michigan. There are many reasons that they are valued. However, the most important reason that they are valued is that they are very giving as people. As a matter of fact, the DeVos family has given a total of almost 1.2 billion according to a family foundations report. The DeVos family has ranked as number 20 on the list of the top 50 givers. In fact, it is amount that one gives that gives him the social clout and the influence in his community. In that case, Dick is one of the most influential people in his community.

Other activities that Dick has been involved in is the ownership of the Orlando Magic basketball franchise. He has also spent part of his career as the President of Amway and brought the company a lot of profits. He has proven to be a skillful businessman. He has also worked as the president of Alticor before retiring to put more focus on his private work. He has also looked into political issues in order to have an effect on his community.

He entered into politics in 2006. During his time as a politician, he worked ran for Governor as part of the Republican party for the state of Michigan. He was one of the wealthiest men to run as a governor in Michigan. Given that he had a lot of wealth, he used his own money to finance his campaign. However, money has proven to be a non-issue as he lost the election to Jennifer Granholm. Even though he didn’t make it in the political office of governor, he has proven to be a large influence in his community through giving and other activities.

Dick Devos is one of the most generous people. He is one of the wealthy people who do not just hoard the wealth that they have. He uses his wealth to give to others. He has been involved in plenty of philanthropic activities. Both He and his wife Betsy run The Dick and Betsy DeVos Family Foundation. They use their charity foundation in order to help build their community and help anyone in need. They are not greedy and selfish with what they have.
